HOW DO CREDITS WORK?
The balance shown in your account is your credits. One luxitalia.store credit can be used within 60 days. The amount of credits received is equal to the value of the subscription renewal, calculated based on the currency.

HOW CAN I SUBSCRIBE?
Upon your first purchase, by selecting the price reserved for Privileged Members, you will be automatically subscribed.
You will have immediate access to the offers reserved for Privileged Members. Your automatic renewal will cost 29,90 EUR, converted with a ratio of 1:1 in credits , which will be deposited in your account.

HOW DOES THE SUBSCRIPTION WORK?
When purchasing products on the site, you have the option to sign up as a Privileged Member to benefit from exclusive discounts. In this case, you will be charged €1 and will have a 72-hour trial period.
After the trial period, you will be charged 29,90 EUR (or 75 EUR for a quarterly subscription
) and the amount will be credited to your account in the form of credits at a ratio
of 1:1 .
You will then be able to:
● top up your account and make purchases at competitive prices,
● pay nothing for a month,
● cancel your subscription at any time.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
● Log in to your account, go to “My Account”, select “Cancel Subscription” and
click “Cancel”.
● Contact our customer service at contact@luxitalia.store . You will receive a confirmation email to cancel your subscription.

IF I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION, CAN I GET A REFUND?
Each month started is considered due.

WHEN WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION BE CHARGED?
You will be charged every month on your first payment date.
Example for a monthly subscription: charged on April 17th, then on the 17th of every month thereafter until you cancel your subscription.
Example for a quarterly subscription: charged on April 17th, then on the 17th of every three months thereafter until you cancel your subscription.

I ORDERED A PRODUCT, BUT I CANCELED MY SUBSCRIPTION. WILL I STILL RECEIVE MY PRODUCT?
Yes, all products ordered as a member will be delivered to you even if you cancel your subscription in the meantime.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY PRODUCTS TO BE DELIVERED?
Once your order has been shipped, delivery time is between 2 and 7 business days.

HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?
If you wish to return a product, please contact customer service at contact@luxitalia.store .
To facilitate the procedure, please provide:
● your name and surname,
● your order number,
● the reason for the return,
● your postal address.

CAN I GET A REFUND ON RETURNED PRODUCTS?
You can return the products within 14 days of receiving the package.
The products must be returned in the original packaging. For hygiene or health reasons, some products cannot be returned.

I USED MY CREDITS, HOW DOES A REFUND WORK?
If you have an active subscription, and your recurring payment has been converted into credits that you have spent on products, you are entitled to a refund within 14 days of the date of your request. The refund will be made in the form of credits available in your account.
Refunds can be requested by contacting customer service.
